L J’s Italian Ice is a delightful dessert that is water-based, fat-free, dairy-free, and cholesterol-free, offered in a wide range of flavors. Unlike many other Italian Ices, L J’s does not include high fructose corn syrup. This authentic Italian ice is never made with non-dairy creamer and is often confused with ice cream or sherbet. Since 1957, our Italian ice has been crafted in a family-owned factory located in Iselin, New Jersey, using traditional methods – one batch at a time.
